Stop the NYC Madrassa
Terrorism
Daniel Pipes
When Dhabah “Debbie” Almontaser resigned as principal of the Khalil Gibran International Academy on August 10, her action culminated a remarkable grassroots campaign in which concerned citizens successfully criticized the New York City establishment. But the fight goes on. The next step is to get the academy itself canceled.

Americans Are Clueless About Islamic Terrorists War
Terrorism
Gordon Bishop
The Iraq War is only the first battle in a Global War on Terror to save Western Civilization from being wiped out by Islamic terrorists who want to kill all Jews, Christians and “Infidels” (which includes ALL Americans).

Understanding Al-Qaeda
Terrorism
Greg Reeson
The recent release of a National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) asserting that al-Qaeda has regrouped in Pakistan has resulted in a significant amount of debate about the Global War on Terror and the efforts the United States is undertaking in its prosecution of that war. While congressmen, media pundits, military analysts and others weigh-in with their respective opinions, it is important to accurately define al-Qaeda and remind Americans of the goals sought by the group’s members.

Iran is Winning the Iraq War
Terrorism
Andy Selepak
A group called the Iran Policy Committee held a press conference on July 25 to declare that Iran, not the U.S., is winning the war in Iraq. The event featured the release of a new book, Baghdad Ablaze: How to Extinguish the Fires in Iraq.

Salvaging the Iraq War
Terrorism
Daniel Pipes
Two positions dominate and polarize the American body politic today. Some say the war is lost, so leave Iraq. Others say the war can be won, so keep the troops in place.

Red Mosque in Rebellion
Terrorism
Daniel Pipes
Imagine that an Islamist central command exists - and that you are its chief strategist, with a mandate to spread full application of Shariah, or Islamic law, through all means available, with the ultimate goal of a worldwide caliphate. What advice would you offer your comrades in the aftermath of the eight-day Red Mosque rebellion in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan?

Unleashing the Iranian Opposition
Terrorism
Daniel Pipes
Navigating the fractious currents of emigre politics is never easy, and especially for the Iranian opposition group known as the Mujahedeen-e Khalq or the People’s Mujahedeen of Iran. Simply put, the rogue oil state regime it opposes terrifies one half the West and tempts the other, and the MEK is itself accused of being a superannuated Marxist-Islamist terrorist cult.

Muslim Doctors: Purveyors of Death
Terrorism
Sher Zieve
The news that the recent attempted UK bombings and the completed one at Glasgow International Airport were committed by Muslim physicians and health workers should have been one of the final wakeup calls to a slumbering world population. Although the planet’s press was forced to report on the bombing in Glasgow - videos of a burning car in the airport would have been a bit much to disregard - there is still a media reluctance to actually mention the lineage and religion of these new terrorists. Note: They are extremist Muslims. The worldwide leftist media, while vilifying Christians whenever they have the slightest inclination to do so, are still reluctant to report the truth about the Islamic Cult of Death. After all, they’re on the side of the terrorists.

The War is Here - Are You Ready?
Terrorism
Mark R. And Renee E. Taylor
In a style reminiscent of the vehicle born incendiary explosive devices (VBIED) used in Iraq and by terrorists worldwide, two Mercedes were found in London this weekend packed with gasoline, gas canisters and nails. The bombs were to be exploded using cell phones as remote detonators, another favorite tactic of those terrorists who do not wish to die themselves. Had the plan been successful, potentially hundreds of innocent civilians would have been brutally murdered either by the explosions or by the deadly projectiles that the nails would have become. London was saved by alert citizens who noticed something was amiss and took swift action.

A War Cabinet
Terrorism
Bruce Walker
The response of Prime Minister Gordon Brown to the terrorist attacks in Scotland and in England was encouraging. Although it was obligatory for him to make comments about re-evaluating British policy in Iraq, etc., his simple and clear words had a ring of calm firmness. If he did not get it before, he gets it now: Great Britain is being warred upon by an enemy who it has for decades appeased.
Shoeless George Bush
Terrorism
Daniel Pipes
When Dwight D. Eisenhower dedicated the Islamic Center in Washington, D.C., in June 1957, his 500-word talk effused good will ("Civilization owes to the Islamic world some of its most important tools and achievements") even as the American president embarrassingly bumbled (Muslims in the United States, he declared, have the right to their “own church"). Conspicuously, he included nary a word about policy.

Your Move Mr. Brown
Terrorism
Aaron Goldstein
Within 72 hours of the commencement of Gordon Brown’s administration, there have three attempted terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom. Police were able to diffuse two car bombs in the heart of London on June 29th. One near a nightclub in Piccadilly Circus and another a short distance away in a parking lot near Trafalgar Square. If these car bombs had detonated hundreds of innocent people could have been killed. On June 30th, two men drove a Jeep Cherokee with flames coming out of it into the terminal of the Glasgow International Airport. They have been arrested and again with great fortune there does not appear to be any fatalities that have resulted.
