’Twas the Night Before Christmas and all through the Rotunda the DC establishment plotted their plunder.  Nearly all were failed lawyers, real bottom-feeders lining up for some slop slung by the Majority Leader, a master practitioner of an illicit craft, namely doling out favors; institutionalized graft.

Late last week the Associated Press featured a photo of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi jubilantly pumping her fist after introducing the sweeping health care legislation that she and her fellow Democrats had just rolled out.

Is it just me, or is Nancy Pelosi starting to look more and more like Marty Feldman? Every time I hear that grating voice it seems as if she has ventured further into the world of cartoon and satire, as if someone hooked Smurfette up to a thorazine drip. Those leviathan eyes grow in size with each passing hour, bugging out two feet in front of her body, like somebody dropped a toaster in the water while Nancy’s thyroid was taking a bath.

WASHINGTON - The bad economy is good for President Obama and Democrats as they try to reinvent the health care system with scant Republican support.

At a meeting last April with corporate lobbyists, aides to President Barack Obama and Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.) helped set in motion a multimillion-dollar advertising campaign, primarily financed by industry groups, that has played a key role in bolstering public support for health care reform.

The Welfare State is expanding exponentially as designed. There will be no real exit from the Recession until there is a regime change.

The Democrats have done it again.  When Mitt Romney was governor of Massachusetts and John Kerry was running for president, the ultra-partisan Massachusetts Legislature changed the law to remove from Governor Romney the right to appoint a successor to Kerry, if the senator should be elected president.  The new law required, instead, that the people of Massachusetts elect the replacement for a departing senator. There was no grand public motive behind this new law:  Democrats just did not want a Republican governor appointing a Republican to Kerry’s Senate seat. 

Leftist politicians glide through their careers as though there were no Internet, no YouTube, no newspaper archives, no history books, no one worth knowing who does not agree with them. 

By now the realization should be taking hold that the Democrats’ health care plan has been exposed as a hoax. And it was the Democrats themselves who discredited and exposed it, but in a very ironic way. Of course, you won’t hear this bombshell news reported by Democrat partisans Katie Couric, Charles Gibson and Brian Williams.

At the risk of offending a grief stricken media, intent on canonizing the recently departed Senator Edward M. Kennedy (a necessary step for gaining entrance into the pantheon of liberal establishment idols), I direct attention to excerpts from a letter, which offer a glimpse into the Senator’s vexed state of mind during his final days. 

How soon Democrats forget!  Didn’t we just finish up eight non-stop, miserable, name-calling, hate-filled, invective-slinging years by them aimed at President Bush and his policies?  We are not just talking about the Daily Kossacks’ “Chimpy McHitler” taunts either.  We’re talking Senator Harry Reid on record calling President Bush a “liar”, Senator John Kerry insulting US troops in Iraq by referring to them as “stuck” there because they obviously failed at school and Rep. John Murtha attacking US Marines for the fictional Haditha Massacre. 

The Democrats, whose presidential administration previously condemned as “potential terrorists” those who oppose same-sex marriage and are offended by restrictions on firearms, all based on Internet chatter, has suggested blasting those who oppose their health care plan as “right-wing domestic terrorists” on 9/11 of this year.

Almost every single day some new Demercrat Progressive bill or scheme is advanced even as the real American people are seriously considering reverting to outright revolt out of desperation?

Obama, and his fellow socialists in Washington, have apparently decided to go it alone on so-called healthcare reform and RAM their ObamaCare, socialized medicine, through the Congress without any GOP support and without the support of the American people. The narcissism of our President and the lust for power by his lapdogs, the Democrats/Socialists in Congress, is such that they are completely convinced that they know better than you what you want and need and they are going to take action to force American citizens to bend to their will on their plans for healthcare reform. There is a name for this. Actually there are several names for this sort of behavior. A couple leap to mind. Dictatorship is one, the other is SOCIALISM, and still another is Fascism!
