WASHINGTON – Our “post-racial” president is actually our “most-racist” president, says the author of a blistering new book on race politics, “Negrophilia: From Slave Block to Pedestal – America’s Racial Obsession.”

One would hope racism is a thing of the past. It hasn’t been totally wiped out, but something even more dangerous has taken its place. It’s ‘false racism’, or calumny.

Barack Obama portrayed himself as America’s first “post-racial” president, yet he and his supporters continue to play the race card against ordinary Americans who oppose him. Despite a big election victory, Obama is unable to understand that ordinary Americans do not like being bullied. Nor does he understand that they do not like being called racists for political disagreements. 

If you were told that you were about to meet a Conservative Firebrand… one who has been seen as a speaker and as a Master of Ceremonies at Tea Parties, who has appeared on the Hannity and Glen Beck shows on FOX, is a leader in the Tea Party Coalition, and has written a book critical of the Liberal Democrats; you would probably be a bit surprised when you were introduced to Kevin Jackson.  You see, Kevin Jackson is a young and athletic, affable black man with an infectious smile and charming wit.

With relativistic people, there is no such thing as a true axiom, yet you’d never know it listening to our modern mantras.  We hear things such as “Our strength lies in our diversity,” “Religion has caused all the wars in history,” and “Everything is a matter of perspective” proclaimed with theological assurance.  Of course, the last supposition is contradictory, and embracing it renders moral supposition itself meaningless.  Regardless, it’s natural for man to make sense of the world by “profiling” elements of reality.

Before we put a stamp on President Obama’s “beer summit” and file it away under “Democrat Leaders’ Successful Efforts in Bridging the Race Divide” and move on, let’s please recognize this ordeal for what it was: A non-race issue turned into a race issue by Democrats. And then let’s move on.

What was revealed about President Barack Obama’s outlook on racial issues as he dealt with the controversy over the arrest of Harvard University Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr.?  Interestingly, the principle view shown by the President was also highlighted by his Attorney General in a controversial speech he gave last February commemorating African American History Month.

The recent news swirl encompasses the inflammatory statements of President Barack Obama in the wake of the arrest of African-American scholar, Henry Louis Gates Jr. Gates, a black Harvard Professor, was arrested by Cambridge police after a verbal altercation, which occurred while police responded to a report of a possible break-in at the Professor’s home. In the immediate aftermath of the incident, the Washington Post reported that President Obama stated that, without having the facts of the case before him, the police had acted “stupidly” in arresting his Harvard friend. At nearly the same time, reports in the media would surface that Gates was demanding an official apology from the Cambridge police for their transgressions against him and, quickly and very efficiently, another case of police abuse against a minority had been logged. Unfortunately, for those that wish to foment continued race conflict, using the Cambridge arrest as another example of “white racism in America,” there was one little problem:  the police were right and the Professor was wrong.

Although America is a fledgling young nation among older countries and civilizations she probably could use the adage “I’ve forgotten more about freedom and opportunity than you will ever know” to the rest of the world without looking the slightest bit pompous.

So now President Obama & Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. want to share a beer with Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department at the White House.

I am a Latino, as you may be able to tell from my name. You know; one who is constantly being harassed by the police and frequently getting stopped for dubious traffic violations because of his race. Generally I am also treated as a substandard human being by conservative politicians. At least that’s what Obama appears to want everyone like me - and darker than me - to believe.
