Isn’t it about time that the mainstream media and all others begin to examine the record and conclude that a Communist holds the reins of power in the White House?

How’s that again?  On Tuesday (2/9/11-Contra Costa Times) we learned that a business in Antioch, California denied an unidentified man a position as a residential counselor for American Education and Travel Services because he was not a U.S. Citizen or native English speaker. A ‘discrimination’ lawsuit was brought against the firm which was ordered by the court to pay $10,000 in damages to the man in this ‘anti-discrimination’ case. The court also mandated that the company provide anti-discrimination training ..or...as they call it in Communist China...re-education. 

Novelist Ian McEwan displayed crass ignorance of the Arab-Jewish conflict when recently accepting the US$10000 Jerusalem Prize(1) - awarded to a writer whose work best expresses and promotes the idea of the ‘“freedom of the individual in society.”

This is the text of an address I gave to a men’s luncheon in Niles, Illinois on March 3, 2011. Niles and its neighbor Skokie are heavily Jewish areas in the northern suburbs of Chicago. I hope it was fairly well received and that you will similarly find it interesting. - We all know there has been a complicated and often unfortunate history between European Christians and their Jewish fellows. There is an earned suspicion that Jews have for European Christians that goes back centuries. Over time relationships between Jews and European Christians has swing wildly from acceptance, to indifference to outright antagonism and back again.

Collective bargaining on a broad scale is more similar to an antitrust violation than to a civil liberty. - How ironic that Wisconsin has become ground zero for the battle between taxpayers and public- employee labor unions. Wisconsin was the first state to allow collective bargaining for government workers (in 1959), following a tradition where it was the first to introduce a personal income tax (in 1911, before the introduction of the current form of individual income tax in 1913 by the federal government).

As of February 8, 2011, Manhattan, Kansas has created a new mentality for the state. The message is clear: “Christians, beware.” There is a new sheriff in town that goes by the name of LGBT. The acronym “LGBT” stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender and this organization and those that follow under its rainbow banners now wield the power to start a legalized process that could very well shut down local businesses in the city of Manhattan. This new ordinance alteration sends a clear message that the state itself is in an uncertain state of moral decline.

Amateur hour at the White House continued this week.  President Obama, who swears up and down, cross his heart and hope to die, that he is serious about tackling the federal budget deficit released his proposed budget for fiscal year 2012.  In an attempt to control the message, the Obama White House made sure to spin the budget as the President calling for a trillion dollars in deficit reduction.  The media then dutifully ran with that message to make it sound like the era of big spending was over.

The Obama regime is now the unsurpassed and most bizarre combination of outward stupidity and hidden (by the media and others) pure evil intent ever to rule over the citizens of the United States of America.  Starting with the stupidity factor--perhaps just to throw us off--Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (Intelligence?  Really?) James Clapper has again placed his foot in it and this time, it was both feet.  Note:  In December 2010, Clapper told ABC’s Diane Sawyer that he wasn’t aware of the UK terrorist arrests; arrests that had been all over the network and cable news channels.

While the news media continue its Egyptian-uprising coverage, most of the denizens of U.S. newsrooms are turning a blind eye to President Barack Obama’s connection to a key player in the Egyptian rebellion: the radical Islamic group known as the Muslim Brotherhood which co-sponsored last year’s disasterous “Gaza Aid Flotilla.”

Radio talker Rush Limbaugh got in dutch with Fox News commentator Charles Krauthammer for saying that Obama supporters were “slobbering” over his address at the pep rally/memorial sponsored by the University of Arizona for those fallen in the Arizona shooting. But “slobbering” is nothing compared to historian Douglas Brinkley’s hyperbolic praise. Brinkley absurdly said that Obama was “Martin Luther King-like” in his efforts.

A few days ago, I came across a classic book from my childhood: “The Witch of Blackbird Pond” by Elizabeth George Speare. The book was published in 1958 and won a Newbery Medal.
