The Demercrats like to say “the people spoke” in November 2006.  And they claim “the people” endorsed Progressivism with the vote and they have a mandate to move the country further to the Left as fast as possible.

A small percentage of the population and a likewise percentage of the Registered voters, bought the ‘fibs’ of the Demercrat candidates and the DNC.

Many independents shifted toward the Left and thus the Demercrats gained a simple majority of Congress.

As usual, the campaign promises of the Demeracrats became so much idle talk and they have gone wild.  And so “the people spooked” by the result are wishing they hadn’t been so stupid to believe the Demercrat claptrap.
