Many folks for various reasons do not want to be involved in the political debate and that is fully understood and respected on many levels. This belief of remaining natural has many facets from folks believing that no matter what their voice will not be heard to just feeling that going through life not worrying about some of the dynamics that actually play out does not affect them directly, and that too is understood.

We would all like to just go about our lives not having to worry about things that “do not” effect us directly in our day to day existence, but unfortunately what does happen in politics and in world events do effect us and in many ways it is so benign that many do not even realize that it is occurring. Some of these things that many do not fully realize is the way over time that our society has been transformed, our attitudes toward one another and the way that we treat our fellow man. Yes in recent decades we have been introduced to political correctness and we have been asked to exhibit a more sense of tolerance, but what has happened in most cases is the opposite when it comes to dealings on the personal level and in the overall way many view a relationship towards another. We have seen a lack of trust in fellow humans be it in politics, personal , business.  So many do not want to correlate that world events and the general dynamic of politics and the social transformations that have and can be brought about have placed us on a precipice of a change that many truly are not prepared for nor want to accept.

It is so easy to say that those involved in politics from either side of the debate are negative and that is one of the overlying factors why many choose to tune out much of the events that are actually occurring around them, and those involved.  We all do have a hope that we will be left alone to raise our family’s and to just enjoy some of the little things in life that have so much more meaning on the personal level, but to ignore the fact that we as a society are facing many hardships yet to come on a scale that is unimaginable to so many is a travesty in of itself. It is said that information is key and knowledge is power, in this digital age we are so much more informed then in any other time in history on the individual level and in such we are allowed the knowledge that our forefathers only dreamed of but it does have downsides as well as benefits, today we are able to garner information at a much faster pace from many angles and many sources that allows us to form a bigger picture of all that is occurring and this allows us to have the advanced notice that much is wrong world wide as well in our own backyard.

Change that has been a calling sign now for a few years and has been adopted by both sides of the political isle in this country and also by those of other countries. The paths of Change can lead in many directions and has many variables, not all change is good or welcome, and not all change is bad for that matter as well. Spirited debate is not a detriment in many cases but has been so much of a focal point that many who choose to walk a path of least resistance and not be involved have forced themselves to tune out and not full appreciate the coming storm that will overtake them in the near future without the ability to properly prepare for when the events that have been building now for many generations occur.

We have been conditioned to look to government at all levels to keep things as they are so that we can go about our daily lives without having to worry about general hardship, many people have said to me in recent days that we cannot dwell on the past and that we need to progress into the future at whatever the cost that need occur. I do not dispute that yes we do need to move forward into the future but at the same time we need to take the lessons of the past and grow upon them, in these same debates it has been said that those who look to the past only live in the past but that is not the case. Fundamentally we cannot move forward without those lessons and we cannot prepare for the coming storm that is going to sweep not only across this nation but across the globe as a whole.

Take the time and talk with your loved ones and friends, many are facing the first waves of this coming surge that we all will be facing and take a moment and not only reflect on the hardships and heartbreaks that they are enduring on a day to day basis but be there to help support them in these trying times because they need our support more than ever and when the time comes, and it will we will need their support to help us through our times of disparity. Welcome new friendships and do not be so leery to what you might feel the motivation of those new friends might have in the core to reaching out to you in the first place because you truly might be surprised that many are also looking to not only receive help and support but to give as well. Yes we will always have to keep our guard up but to open up is one of those fundamental things that we have lost when we lost trust as a whole in society.

In the coming days , months, and years we are going to need one another more than any other time in our lifetimes. We will not be able to fully rely on the government not the business world to help pull us through, yes they might lend some assistance but for many reasons they and our own mistakes of not heading the lessons of the past have helped lead us to what we are now witnessing and what is yet to come regardless of the Band-Aids that are being attempted to slow down the progress of what is to come. I know this sounds negative in many ways but it is not, we only need to look around us first starting on the personal level with so many hardships already occurring to so many and then we need to broaden our horizons a bit and look at what is occurring not only locally in our neck of the woods but on a global scale.

We are and have been on the verge of a depression that will make the great depression look like child’s play in comparison and we have felt these rumblings for many years now and the blame for it does not lie in any one individual past or present. It does not lie in any one theory either be it the failed business models and the societal changes that many have been forcing for so long, it has already destroyed many people’s lives as they previously knew them and is set unfortunately to affect so many more before the full reset occurs.

What we can do though is stay informed from all sources, be active, and look to our fellow man to help us push through to the other side. The day of just ignoring because we so choose too unfortunately is a thing of the past and I know that many have not come to this realization yet and many to this day do not feel that it will ever touch them but it will and there is no opportunity to avoiding it. Yes we do need to continue on with our daily lives and we need to continue to be optimistic because we will get through the perfect storm that is hanging over our heads, it will be you and I that will be the ones that help one another through it.
